When raiding with us, please adhere to the following rules:
1. Please have mods/vent downloaded before the raid.
2. Please do not talk in vent while fighting, or while strats are being explained before a fight.
3. Please listen at all times.
4. Rolls on drops will be restricted to your class/spec, unless no one needs the item. Winning rolls on BOSS drops will be confined to 1 per raid for each class/spec (this is so that others of the same class/spec have an equal chance to recieve a drop). Winning rolls on TRASH drops will also be confined to 1 per raid for each class/spec (giving you a chance to receive 2 drops per raid, one from a Boss, and one from Trash Mobs). Winning rolls on Tier Tokens will be confined to 1 per raid for each class/spec.
In total, you will be eligible to win 2 drop items (one from a Boss, and one from Trash Mobs), as well as 1 Tier Token for your class/spec. This will remain consistent for each raid until all of our raiding guild members are well-geared.
PLEASE NOTE: The above drop rules apply to epics only. Any blues and greens that drop will be rolled for depending on the situation (i.e.- If someone needs, then they need it. If no one needs, then all may roll for it, as in a regular instance. This will be done by '/roll').
